Second headingThe Second Heading is an <H3> heading, with the attribute ALIGN=CENTER. The font face is HELVETICA,ARIAL; the font color is UA red or blue. Mixed capitalization is used.
Third headingThe third heading is an <H4> heading, justified left (the default H4 alignment in Netscape and Explorer). The font face is HELVETICA,ARIAL; the font color is UA red or blue. Only the first letter is capitalized.
