12-lead ECG

• The ECG shows sinus rhythm, with a normal axis and normal QRS complexes.
• There are raised ST segments in leads II, III and VF
• The inverted T waves in leads VL and V₁ are normal findings.

This ECG is suggestive of lateral ischaemia, and possibly an acute inferior infarction.
