Description
Bone marrow smear from a child with a diagnosis
of erythroleukemia. There are several abnormal
erythroblasts in addition to two myeloblasts. One
of the myeloblasts contains a single auer rod.
The nuclei of the red cell precursors are
megaloblastic in appearance.
