Description
This is a low oil view of a Wright's stained bone
marrow aspirate in a patient with acute
lymphoblastic leukemia, FAB classification L3.
Variation in size and shape of the cells and their
nuclei, as well as the presence of cytoplasmic
and nuclear vacuoles are characteristic of this
diagnosis.
