Description
Acute non-lymphoblastic leukemia (M6).
(Erythroleukemia). This high-oil magnification
field shows the range of abnormalities seen in
erythroleukemia. Most blasts have marked
nuclear dyspoiesis. Some are vacuolated. The
central blast could be myeloid.
