This high-oil magnification view is of a bone
marrow aspirate in a patient with multiple
myeloma. All cells in this field are neoplastic
myeloma cells. The nuclei are pleomorphic and
eccentric and the cytoplasm is a grey-blue.
One cell is binucleate.
